Amalia Colón-Nava

As an artist/dancer I am interested in highlighting life's ambiguities -- forcing people to see the falseness in the norms and standards that exist.  The more time we take to make sure people are not shamed for their differences, the more space we create for growth.  As an activist I fight for financial protection for artists, new ways of educating youth and bringing down corporate greed that rules our society.
